● Medical Services: Recommendations or prescriptions are issued solely at the discretion of licensed providers after a valid telemedicine evaluation.
● No Guarantee of Outcome: Payment for services does not guarantee approval of a medical marijuana recommendation; outcomes depend on clinical judgment.
● Payment: Fees are due at the time of booking.Patient Responsibility: Accurate medical history and truthful information must be provided at all times.

Refund Policy
At MMJ Express by ClendeninMD, we stand behind our services with a full money-back guarantee.
● Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not approved for a medical marijuana recommendation after your consultation, you will receive a 100% refund of your consultation fee.
● Technical Issues: If services cannot be delivered due to technical failures on our side, you may request a refund or reschedule.
● Cancellations: Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance qualify for a full refund or reschedule.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled once but are not eligible for refund.
● Processing Time: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
● Disputes: Please contact support-mmjexpress@clendeninmd.com directly before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly.
